Staffing: $400 for up to 4 hours, then $75 per additional hour
Crew are allocated at a standard ratio of 1 staff member per 10 guests
A variety of catering options are available, from grazing platters and canapés to buffet dining and premium dining experiences
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages
A service fee of $15 per person applies for glassware, ice and service
