Blue Room is a striking 85-foot glass function vessel designed for premium events on Sydney Harbour. Recognised for its signature blue-tinted floor-to-ceiling windows, the vessel offers uninterrupted panoramic harbour views and a spacious open-plan layout ideal for weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, milestone celebrations and private events.

Guests can enjoy 360° views of the harbour from both the main deck and the retractable sky deck, allowing the space to transform seamlessly from sun-filled daytime events to elegant evening celebrations. Climate-controlled interiors ensure comfort year-round, while a professional onboard galley prepares fresh catering tailored to each event.

Blue Room also features a professional AV and PA system, making it well suited for speeches, presentations and live entertainment including DJs or bands.

The vessel can host up to 380 guests for cocktail events or 180 guests for seated dining, with a wide range of catering packages available to suit different event styles.

Rates

Charter Rates

April – September: $1,500 per hour
October – March: $1,9000 per hour

All charters are subject to a minimum booking of 4 hours

A 25% Public Holiday and special event surcharge applies to all charter components, including hire, crew and additional fees

Dedicated packages for weddings, school socials, graduations and university events are available upon request

Additional Fees

Wharf Fees:$75 per wharf, per pick-up or drop-off

Staffing: $400 for up to 4 hours, then $65 per additional hour.

Crew are allocated at a standard ratio of 1 staff member per 10 guests
